We offer ground shipping throughout the continental United States using FedEx ground and USPS.

Please allow 5 to10 business days for delivery after the order has been placed. Any product temporarily out of stock will have a slightly longer delay.  We will notify you of any delays with your order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all orders with a California shipping address.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone to arrange for the Return Authorization (RA) number to ship the merchandise back. The RA number must be requested within 30 days of delivery and merchandise must be returned to Cool Planet Water within 45 days of original delivery.  Your money, less return shipping, will be promptly refunded.

Returned Items Must:

1. Be returned in original packaging and be intact and in good working order.
2. Be returned to the address supplied with your RA number.

Cool Planet Water is not responsible for any item not received at its warehouse. We will not accept returns on items without an RA number. Allow 10-14 business days for processing returns for credit.
